Los Pinos Model View

Los Pinos

An exciting opportunity to design a retirement home for an old client in SW Spain.

The 8 acre site has a part hillside overlooking the hazelnut orchard and the main valley beyond.

The design takes advantage of the slopes to provide an elevated view over the trees and extends across the slope on two floors

- And to catch the sun!

Mitcham Road | Tooting

We are currently working on the early stages of design for a 1500sqm mixed use development, which comprises of 13 residential flats over a community medical centre on a busy suburban road in Tooting.

An exciting urban development project for csarchitects, as the scheme will benefit the local community and is a prominent site that will provide a positive contribution to the area.

We are researching and compiling information to address planning policies and designing to achieve a sustainable building in a dense urban environment.

Lindisfarne Road

Lindisfarne Road, Albert Grove and Circle Gardens

We introduced a couple of contemporary specifications including
a concealed lighting strip to the underside of the main support
beam to provide a new extension and satisfy their requirements.
Lindisfarne Road was an exercise in attic space creation for a
detached house.

The front and rear dormers are traditional in detail to sit neatly on the
roof – the client was delighted with the result and the effort involved to make the stair access a feature and natural extension of the main
house staircase.

Albert Grove

Our quota of domestic scale work has been increasingly steady over thepast year.
Just finishing off with local contractors doing a good job areAlbert Grove and Circle Gardens.

Circle gardens

At Albert Grove we remodeled and updated an existing rear
extension with some clever steel support to allow more freedom
to plan a kitchen, music and breakfast room in a contemporary
manner.

At Circle Gardens the emphasis was outside to inside for the
client to enjoy the landscaped garden and their young family.

Norbury Road

A commercial residential development of 12no. one and two bedroom flats for one of our longest standing client's, allows us to explore and develop sustainable issues as the scheme will be designated a code 4 level status on completion to satisfy current planning legislation.

We are investigating the use of off site construction and ethically sourced materials in conjunction with a wide array of sustainable construction techniques and specifications- including a solar panel roof to a walkway linking the two residential blocks.
