CSarchitects sponsored Steve Benbow at this year's Wimbledon Bookfest.
Steve’s hives are situated in the most unlikely of urban spaces – the roofs of Fortnum & Mason’s, Tate Britain & Modern and an art Gallery in Wapping. Steve's talk was both interesting and entertaining- We had a great day.

June 2013 - Lancaster Road
We are due to start on site in Wimbledon Village with the next month, with the tender being issued next week. Lancaster Road is our largest project in the village to date, with a major basement extension to the rear of the property.
This is an exciting project for Guy in our office as he will be running the project on site!
May 2013 - Merton Hall Road
Myatts Field North
The project will transform Myatts Field North in Lambeth into a new mixed and sustainable community, having obtained approval by HM Treasury for £150m in Government funding in February 2012. The 25-year housing PFI project includes the construction of 808 new build homes and the modernisation and refurbishment of 172 existing homes.
Every now and again a tricky site with a special problem, not strictly related to architecture comes across our desk.
On this occasion a long standing client acquired a residential site right next to the South West Railway line in Wimbledon.
