Myatts Field North
The project will transform Myatts Field North in Lambeth into a new mixed and sustainable community, having obtained approval by HM Treasury for £150m in Government funding in February 2012. The 25-year housing PFI project includes the construction of 808 new build homes and the modernisation and refurbishment of 172 existing homes.
We've completed negotiations with a preferred contractor and are now on site in Wimbledon Village.
Lancaster Road is our largest project in the village to date, with a major basement extension to the rear of the property.
October 2013 - Lancaster Road
Having had a preliminary and positive meeting with the local planners we are looking forward to assist the re-development of an established hotel on behalf of the clients over the next few months.
This could lead to a much needed expansion of facilities on behalf of the clients.
The new addition to our team. Each year we take on a part one student to assist and to gain experience of practice.
Henry started work this week and replaces Mandy who has managed to gain a place at Greenwich University.
We wish them both the best of luck.
September 2013 - Norwood Road
Our first major new build residential project is nearing completition. The clients are busy choosing tiles and colour schemes for thier home.
It has been an interesting journey. The highlight of which has been the specification and installation of special stonework for the front elevation bays and entrance porch.
November 2013 - Surbiton Hill Road
With the change of Government Office to Residential Planning rules, our clients are taking opportunities to use underused/ redundant building spaces- This one is in Surbiton.
