CSarchitects is an award-winning Royal Institute of British Architects (RIBA) Chartered Practice based in Raynes Park, South West London.

Founded in 2009 by Colin Smith, the practice has an expanding portfolio of projects ranging from refurbishments and extensions to complete new build developments.

As well as private clients for our residential projects, we have also worked with a number of commercial clients, applying our expertise across a variety of sectors including housing developments, commercial buildings and conservation.

Our team consists of architects, architectural assistants and an office manager. We also work closely with building consultants and contractors to provide a well-rounded service to our clients from conceptual design through to completion.
